Andreas Spiegler is a seasoned entrepreneur with long standing track record of engineering and business development in Europe and Asia. As the founder of the ITC-GROUP, he built CSSC more than one decade ago into one of Qingdao’s most successful and best renowned SME’s. He founded FORTSCHRITT Agritech and the Joint Venture for PlanET Biogas stations in China.

Arne Krüger grew up in Rostock, Germany. More than 6 years he was the Production Manager of CSSC. Since 2016 he is the Production Manager of FORTSCHRITT Agritech.
